Refund policy
❖ We want you to have a good relationship with your Pig and Fish purchase, and we want you to be happy. All items are handmade and each will be unique – the work of the hand is part of the design, not a flaw.
❖ Our work is colorful. Our work is handmade. We strive to represent the colors accurately. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. We love hearing from you!
❖ Due to the product being custom made, you may cancel your order within 24 hours. It may take up to 48 hours for the cancellation to occur. A refund may take up to 10 business days to be credited back into your account.
❖ It is your responsibility as a buyer to fully read the descriptions, study the color guide and double check any dimensions. If you have any questions regarding an item, do not hesitate to contact us prior to making a purchase.
❖ Each item is made to order just for you. ☞ It is your responsibility as a buyer to do your due diligence prior to ordering an item as we do not accept returns UNLESS the item arrived damaged or defective.

❖ Custom orders, customized orders (including custom colors) are also not eligible for returns.
❖ We want you to be satisfied with your purchase — please email us with any questions or concerns related to your purchase and we will do our very best to resolve it.
Damaged or Defective Product
Please contact us immediately if an item arrives damaged or is defective.
☞ Send an email to hello@pigandfish.com describing the damage or defect and please attach supporting photographs. We cannot process your claim unless you provide evidence of the damage or defect.
☞ You must keep all packaging material for damaged goods as a claim will be filed with the carrier and an inspection will follow.
☞ We will respond to your email with instructions on how to proceed.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately for instructions on how to proceed. If your item arrives damaged, it is critical to the claims process that you keep all original packaging.
